My role here was a hands-on Creative Director, overseeing the Marketing department. This involved agreeing and allocating budgets, setting objectives, prioritising briefs, hiring talent, monitoring OKRs, nurturing staff members, taking part in board level business discussions and generally ensuring there was a happy ship.
One of my first jobs was to coin the company's new slogan 'Where ideas happen' and I then created numerous campaigns to fit with this brand thought.
