My role here was a hands-on Creative Director. I created numerous campaigns and coined the company's new slogan 'Where ideas happen' whilst also overseeing the Marketing department.
I was also responsible for agreeing and allocating budgets, setting objectives, prioritising briefs, hiring talent, monitoring OKRs, nurturing staff members, taking part in board level business discussions and generally ensuring there's a happy ship.
