What do you do if you're frustrated with the lack of creatively led agencies making a real difference? You set up your own agency. Along with Sean Toal and David Brady, I opened an agency with a difference. One that would survive by the quality of its creative work. We had ups, downs. We had a lot of fun. And we came 2nd on a pan European pitch for a beauty brand. We even managed to create some sweet work along the way.
